Summary: This collection of speeches makes up the primary record of six years of reform we carried out in the Philippines between 1992 and 1998. When we began, the country was the "Sick Man of Southeast Asia." Today, it is the East Asian country judged most likely to pull through the region's currency crisis ahead of all the others on to sustainable growth.
