In the 1987 the University of the Philippines College of Public administration, recently transformed into the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), published Politics and Plunder - The Philippines under Marcos by Belinda A. Aquino, currently based at the University of Hawaii at manoa. The new National College is pleased to release the second edition of Dr. Aquino's book, which is substantially updated with an epilogue that summarizes the development and issues in the continuing saga of the Marcos "Hidden Wealth," now entering its 13th year.
