It would have been difficult to organize without the patient and efficient help of the staff of the library of the Johns Hopkins University - notably of Martha Hubbard, Sue Kemp, Loretta Reinhardt, ang Louis Kuethe - and without the critical reading of it by students working in that university for the degree of master of arts in teaching.
