Summary: This study is about the development of health record system for the clinic of National University. The intended beneficiaries and the users of the study is the clinic staff that will access the electronic health record system for all the students and employees of the school. The system designed is merely intended for the clinic office and thus, it will be the target area of implementation of the system. The designed system simply creates searchable lists of health medical records of all students and employees of the university and automatically produced a medical record ready for printing.
