This thesis project is about the feasibility of establishing a shopping center in Barangay Buensuceso, Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon Province. The thesis topic has been one of those arrived at by the Dean and drawn among the students. This student got this topic for which he is very glad as this will afford him the opportunity to contribute something that will redound to the benefit of his town, if and when this project is considered by businessmen for funding and implementation.
