Summary: The study deal with the development of General hospital in Antipolo City, Rizal. The project referred in the course of this study as "RIZAL GENERAL HOSPITAL". The propose subject is subjected to the rules and regulation prescribe by Department of Health administrative order No. 68- a series of 1989 entitled "REVISED RULE" and regulation governing the registration license and operation of hospitals in the Philippines and Republic Act 4226 otherwise known as " THE HOSPITAL Act". The propose project is also subjected to the law to enhance mobility of disable person P.D. 1096 in the National Building Code of the Philippines. This study will explore all areas of concern that need to be carefully analyzed and assessed before any project of subjected nature is Undertaken including social, environmental and economic factors and other demographic, climatic and spatial consideration.
