"THE NEW CALAPAN CIVIC CENTER" located at Guinobatan, Oriental Mindoro. Proposes net for a movement and development of the Province of Oriental Mindoro. It maybe a single building all the departments, complex that maybe composing of several building. The arrangement of its offices, location and area concerning to meet the needs of the users. The efficiency and functional aspects of the plan is important aiming to further bridge the governmental projects and sen'ices to the people of Mindoro. Relative to these factors to be considered in the planning phase. It must be visible from the inside to the outside plan, making the building descriptive towards its use. However, the characteristics may also be a vital importance as to convey its primary use. The proposed project is to govern the province of Mindoro in such a way that the concerned residents are properly protected, to minimize the usual problems, like crimes which is the quotation of the environmental problem and other law breaking in the province of Mindoro.
