A proposed provincial sports complex (Preliminary) / Jojo I. Angeles

Sport as defined in an occupation that constitute a diversion or it is a form of recreation with formal arrangement or agreement for completion and recreation is the refreshment of the body and/or mind during one's leisure hours. Open space lands or recreational lands contribute to the health and safety of the community in many ways. A generous provision of open ways in urban area contributes to a psychosocial balance of the urban population. Open space lands or recreational lands are also economic assets to a community. They are important factors in attracting new industry and commerce to a community, or in encouraging its expansion, studies tend to show that recreation and leisure facilities of a community are important considerations in business location decisions. Finally open space system affects the growth and form of a city, and does much toward determining whether the city is an attracting or unattractive place to live in. The proposed pro-sports complex will be situated in San Fernando, Pampanga. The need of having a sports complex of a great aspect to be considered in developing a well-rounded, happy, skilled, intelligent and productive person to their highest potential as an individual and as a democratic citizen. Based from the various studies the reason why there are many youth who are addicted to various vices, one is lack of recreational spaces to divert the attention of the youth. The study will be focused on how feasible to have a sports complex in this municipal, which will be based on the site selection standards for recreational structures which will be supplemented by supporting data. During the deliberation data will be explained accordingly with respect to its use.
