Research Method : Qualitative Design.
Municipal hall is the venue of the ceremonial programs and political assembly. The said municipal hall building cannot accommodate more people because it is very small comparing to others. That is why it can make a solution to build a new Municipal Hall building to be relocated to other area where people can easily reach and accessible to them.
