The project, Aquamarine Research Museum is an exposition of the Philippine tropical fishes. It is accessible to human observation, the project is also referred to as a "biopark" because it promotes the conservation of all forms of the Philippine tropical fish and the Philippine ecosystem. It will be a place where one can see the natural marine life and experience it without renting expensive diving equipment and not sub-merging under water. A museum to house and will have naturalistic exhibits of the Philippine tropical fishes and ecosystem in general, that will immerse the public in a replica of the fishes' natural worlds. Typically, It is the site of research into methods for breeding varieties of the Philippine tropical fishes. It is a water front that functions as a community gathering place for events, mainly a recreational tourist spot. it is on a neutral turf where everyone would feel welcome. The project will rise within the shores of Puerto Galera, Mindoro specifically in Muelle Bay.
