Summary: Urdaneta , is undoubtedly recognized as one of the premier town in Region One and it has always played a provading role in shaping the province's history. Urdaneta has been one of the cen ter of commerce and trade even competing to Dagupan and San Fernando. Its achievement as a major center surpassed the achievements of other towns both in the pro—Pangasinan. It is scarcely possible that a site could have been found more admirably adopted. The completion of the center after thirty years of discussion, and argument should be a major contribution of Britain's economic recovery. As an inspiration it can also be applied in our country and enables us to stage small, medium to large—scale exhibition under modern conditions, in competition with asian neighbors.
