Provincial Coffee Brewery has the first step to make the dream a reality of Cavitenos to raise the quality of local coffee by elevating the standards of local coffee production and to come up with a brand name for the coffee. Its goal is to market the Cavite coffee as one of the world's finest and to rebuild the local coffee industry, be an exporter and unify the coffee industry. These want to link up with hotels, restaurants, retailers, specialty shops and local coffee manufacturers to be known and placed side-by-side with other coffee brands. It will launch of the quality seal program that include of the quality seal trademark icon in the packaging of manufacturers supporting the program. It will start with the rehabilitation of coffee farms and milling facilities. The Provincial Coffee Brewery Complex goes to the roots of the coffee industry by having its own coffee mill operation and maintains a coffee mill in Cavite. Cavite is one of the main coffee growing provinces and most quality conscious of producers. Provincial Coffee Brewery Complex will center in coffee, which is fast gaining popularity in the market. It believes in the future of the coffee business here and it is preparing for a surge in coffee consumption.
