Pasig City is one of the fastest growing cities in the Philippines. In view of its human and natural endowment and strategic location, Pasig City is able to establish flourishing trade, commercial, and business linkages with emerging growth towns and centers within the metropolis. Since Pasig City is growing and a very progressive place, it is imperative that a cultural complex be established. The establishment of a cultural complex will assume lead role in the development of commercial and tourism industry of the city as well as educational, social, and cultural development.
