Provincial Manpower and Skill Training Complex will be a venue for the provincial workforce to develop their full creative potentials. The training complex will offer courses with regards to the highest demands of the industries in the province. The proposal project will be composed of different individual activities and it will be the opportunities to the province to lay the stress on the major aspect of individual welfare and social development in the province. This may launch as marked a significant milestone for the individual development and for the province. It is more than just a development project which seeks self-reliance, knowledge and skillful of every individual in all its 15 municipalities. Provincial manpower and skills training complex are intensified through improved vocational and technical education services and expanded training and apprenticeship program. The provincial manpower and skills training complex may prepared to cope with life, attain their aspiration and contribution ton the provinces well-being.
