The proposed "Fort Magsaysay Prison and Penal Farm: A Proposed Prototype Prison for Medium Profile Inmates" envisioned to be the first correctional facility in the country that will help rehabilitate its users designed according to the growing modernization of the world today in accordance to local and international standards in designing a prison. It also aims to decongest the current situation of the prison in New Bilibid Prison. Thus, it further aims to relieve the effect of imprisonment to inmates inside the prison.
