As this problem emerge, the proposal of a provincial psychiatric hospital become necessary. It has the potential to contribute to the bulk of psychiatric beds in the province and aim to lessen the current problems that mental institution is facing, with the use of new trends in the medical therapy facilities, activity area and healing environment to a series of mental disorders occurring in the counfry.
