This research paper is about on the new proposed Quezon City Jail in Payatas. According to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology the old existing Quezon City Jail in Kamuning is already congested that is why they were proposing a new City Jail. This research focuses on designing the spaces for the inmates which give them a humane space based on the international standard. The researcher also look for some articles and books to get some ideas and concepts on how the proposed jail will properly design Interviews and observation are done to get some ideas and it is also a part of this research to know the needs and existing conditions of the site and the old City jail.
