Hotel and resort exist to fulfill the relaxation and leisure experience for every tourist, it is an escapade or vacation far away from stress and work. The site is located along Patar road at Barangay Patar, Bolinao, Pangasinan and Patar is famous for its white pristine beach facing the West Philippine Sea which is a good point for site selection process in hotel and resort. The current problem is the nearby resorts and how it will differ in the design. Proposing an architectural solution that will answer the problem, providing goals and objectives as the limitation of expectations through the entire thesis research and specific users are indicated who will benefit in this study. A research of different hotels and resorts are conducted to strengthen the ideas in defining what a hotel and resort is. Assessment is conducted in every study relating some articles that will contribute for its solution. Data and information are gathered for the initial step in designing a hotel and resort, it discusses the process of the entire research from data gathering up to formulating knowledgeable solutions. Tools are attributed that made the thesis research more concrete and design solutions are presented that came based on data and information for designing a hotel and resort.
