Summary: Cruise tourism is one of the fastest growing category in the travel market. Cruise tourism is also considered as the most exciting growth sector in the travel market. Additionally, cruise terminals, plays an important role in the means of transporting passengers internationally. Cavite International Cruise Terminal or the CICT is a state-of-the-art that will attract tourists to consider the Philippines as one of the itinerary. The proposed project will be the first international cruise terminal in the Philippines. Through this project, Cavite city will be a regional transport hub in the country, the economic condition of our country has the potential to improve, it will be able to promote and maintain historical tourist destinations nearby Cavite City, it will be able provide local employment opportunities, and this will be able to produce revenue for our country through tourism, by collecting taxes and other fees. Therefore, an international cruise terminal will help solve the insufficient transport infrastructure and the improvement of the economic growth of the Philippines.
