This research paper entitled Architecture in Response: "An efficiency sensible Approach" A Proposed New Provincial Capitol is all about civic center that promotes the relationship between the community and the government. It is located at the Brgy. Sta. Isabel Calapan City Oriental Mindoro. This research focuses on designing a different government agencies and department in one setting. Designing a modem government building while retaining the identity of the place. The researcher will be using Descriptive Method a type of research study, in which the information is collected without changing the environment. The researcher interviewed different professionals from different agencies and departments of the LGU of Oriental Mindoro and architects to be able to help the researcher to come up in a more reliable research study. In the end, all the data gathered by the researcher will be translated into a design solution that will serve as the foundation of the study.
