One of the key physiologic challenges that a baby must face after delivery was maintaining a neutral thermal environment. Thermoregulation is the ability to balance heat production and heat loss in order to maintain body temperature with a certain normal range. Babies are not adaptable as adults to temperature. Swaddle bath is can help infants to become calm and peaceful during and after their bath. It is found to be effective in thermoregulation and in improving quality of sleep of the babies.
