iSulat Learners, a mobile application created to help Down syndrome students of P. Burgos Elementary School in terms of writing. Padre Burgos adapted Special Education program of the Department of Education teaching and serving mentally challenged. Down syndrome is an autosomal disorder affecting the physical and mental health of a person wherein they have difficulty in understanding and learning. iSulat can be used offline or online and lets its users to perform tracing practice and activity by watching simple instruction first however their activity result will only be sent to the web if there is an internet connection. The administrator will be the one handling the web system; it has students and teachers profiles where the admin can add their respective information and it also includes activity reports summary chart where the results of the activity can be monitored and the progress of students. The main target of the system is to teach Down syndrome students the proper form and strokes on how to write ABAKADA (letters), numbers, shapes and lines, to help them follow and understand, lastly to help them improve their writing skills through tracing which will really benefit them in their learning process.
