Summary: A Specialized PWD Artisan is a training facilities focus on specialized PWD who belong at working age in San Carlos Pangasinan, Since they didn't have atleast one training facilities intented for the PWD . Unemployment rate is one of the problem we encounter here in the Philippines . PWD on the other hand also suffer not only the unemployment issue but also discrimination when applying a job. The purpose of this research proposal is to provide jobs and additional information about the PWD un-employment condition and discrimination in the Philippines when it comes applying a job. This research output project will be proposing in San Carlos Pangasinan to address the needs of PWD (Persons with Disability) who belongs at working age. This proposal will be beneficial for them not only for financial matter but also in their own self-development.
