The propose project is also subjected to the law to enhance mobility of disable person P.D. 1096 in the National Building Code of the Philippines. This study will explore all areas of concern that need to be carefully analyzed and assessed before any project of subjected nature is Undertaken including social, environmental and economic factors and other demographic, climatic and spatial consideration.
