"Little Creations Learning Center for Trisomy 21" is a specialized school for children with down syndrome. The name " Little Creations " for the learning school for children that have down syndrome was used because their maturity levels remain the same and that the center aims to help them develop grow and develop. The experience of education in regular schools provide two main opportunities for children: the opportunity to acquire skills for adult life and the opportunity to learn the social values and behavioral norms of a culture and a community. The school can these and "mainstream" special students as to assimilate them into adult communities. This research will primarily concern on the proposed project "Learning Center for Trisomy 21" to fully perform this project there are limitations that should be considered. All the information that had been collected for this project will be used to achieve the plans for the learning center. This project aims to to develop a learning center that will improve their physical and intellectual abilities, develop their full potential, ensure the rights of children with disabilities and prevent discrimination from being physically or mentally impaired, creating equal opportunities for children with disabilities, and special educational needs to enjoy and practice their equal rights to education and lead an active and dignified life in their respective communities.
