Summary: The study is beneficial for different stakeholders for the National University Sports/Athletic Department among different sporting events. Hence, Student Athletes themselves, in spite of the different stressor they encounter, one must oversee the whole system, starting with the administration and management, teachers, and other researchers. One paramount challenge was that it is difficult to manage the demands for athletes to balance their academic performance and the demands of time for practice to reach to a higher level of competition.
