Covid-19 changed human experience around the globe, thus, government have take efforts to control the spread of infection and to bring back human activities into normal. Controversies and contradicting beliefs, attitudes and perceptions about the diseases, the effectiveness of preventive measures, vaccination and its safety and efficacy remain a big issue among people even to barangay leaders, who are expected to be the channels for communication and implementation of government programs against the pandemic.
