City hall as a civic center is a venue for ceremonial programs for the people. As a seat of governance it is connected with the functions of the state and the local government. The different departments of the city hall are directly connected with all the functions of the city government, usually most of the departmental offices are functioning with-in the main building of the city, but in this study and with the continued growth and progress of the city there is a need to create or build a new center for the city hall.
