Summary: As the emergence of COVID-19 caused various levels of restrictions to the community, leading to the adaptation of online consultation and prescription modality, this 'new normal' practice has caused different matters to arise especially in the healthcare aspect in which everyone in the service is trying to adapt with the changes for safety purposes.
