The project envision to establish a training center for forensic experts, crime investigators and police authorities to import them with the knowledge in handling facilities, equipment and support services as well as procedures in asserting and determining the cause of death and related incidents of violence that are mysterious cause it also wish to provide a research laboratory in the continuing search for techniques or procedures that may establish a solid proof beyond reasonable doubt in as many instances possible.
