Summary: In 1996, the Philippines has befittingly emerged as the New Tiger of Asis. With the National leadership cohesive and aggressive promotion of the country to the world, investors confidence in the country's potentials soared high. Resulting in burgeoning investments and alignment employment opportunities in the country. As the Philippines continue to progress and facing the New Millennium, the Philippine government is striking for the search of the total development and industrialization of the country. The national government is looking for right timing through local government to achieve it's mission to the people. The goals to serve people and to achieve goals as the nation continue to progress, improvement for all things is necessary, for the innovation and for total transformation of the county.
