Summary: Human Resource Information System for National University is designed to have centralized repository for employee information such as General Information, Employment Information, Professional Licensed, Skills, Educational Attainment, Certification, and Employee Requirement. To lessen the problem of having physical copies of data. The advent of computers and internet technology make it an effective storage for digital processing of data. The system provides user protected account to each employee to access information that they are entitled to improve the distribution of employee information. The objective of the system is to is to alleviate the task of HR Personnel on dealing with the integrity of data. NUHRIS system architecture is composed of four layers: user, presentation, application and database layer. The system provides derogatory record, re-ranking, department, employee, performance and report module and customizable report generation module for the analysis of employee profile. The researcher use agile development life cycle in collaboration of the concept, details, tools and techniques to be use during and after the process of developing the system. All the said system functions undergone evaluation to identify the quality of the system which also follows the Likert Scale, the evaluations are ICT Professionals Evaluation where the respondents are ten (10) IT professionals such as Software Engineers, IT Staff and more and it scored a grand mean of 4.69 which is interpreted as "Very Satisfactory".
