The thesis is entitled "Luneta Waterfront Development Project" which is about the development of an area in Manila bay proxemic to Quirino grandstand. The prominent envisions development include the design of a garden, setting up of mural arts relative to the historical battle of Manila bay and the design of the administration building as a control point to the whole development which will features several facilities like an exhibit pavilion. a museum focused on the past and present history of Luneta, souvenir shops, handicrafts shops that will promote development of the Filipino people, an aquarium to house some of the most abundant fishes and corals present in Manila bay. A boardwalk and a deck for clear view of the Manila bays famous sunset.
The project will capture the foreign tourist market, attracting them to stay longer in Manila, thereby perking up local economy. Likewise, the facility will also allow domestic tourists to enjoy.
