The aim of this study is to develop and implement Dalin's Bus Transportation Reservation System with Electronic Ticketing Utilizing SMS notification with reports generator in order to address concerns encountered by the company, such concerns are; the Dalin Bus Transportation is using a paper based transportation and reservation system, since reservation system is manual, flaws are encountered overtime, staff find it hard to inform passenger about their reservation status, and unorganized collection of paper based transaction per specific date.
