Summary: Up to date, Filipinos with disability have suffered from discrimination. Their social, and political rights have not been recognized and their access to educational opportunities and government services has been limited and the support oflocal government towards this matter is insufficient in terms of Special Educational facility specially in the rural areas in the Philippines. This research will launch and improve educational facilities for PWD in the Philippines and also to convey a message to an aspect concerning the PWDs that the government should take further notice. This study will cater to youth and children with special needs (YSN) that will help them meet their needs for skills specialization support to develop education, health and social integration. It aims to provide a sense of place and transition program for academic and work for People with Disability (Sensory Impairment) that will help in their growth as functioning citizens of the country. It will accommodate Youth with Disability according to their needs for choosing the right program and curriculum for them.
