The HiligBasa mobile application, is an educational mobile application that caters grade 1 students who have difficulties in Filipino reading. HiligBasa was tested and implemented in Padre Jose Burgos Elementary School to give help to those students who find it hard to read and speak in their Mother Tounge or in Filipino language.
