AN ACT REVISING THE PENAL CODE AND OTHER PENAL LAWS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by authority of the same:
Preliminary Article.- This law shall be known as "The Revised Penal Code".
