Summary: The finding derived from this research investigation will benefit elementary schools in Quezon City and other public schools similar to that of the respondents and to the research environment of the study. Knowledge of the teachers' effective behavior and the related factors will assist officials of the Department of Education Culture and Sports (DECS) and the elementary division and most particularly the principals in the elementary schools in identifying and alleviating the factors related to the teachers' affective behavior. The results of the study may enhance, improve and modify preventive or curative administrative/management measures thereby relatively increasing teachers' affective behavior. Furthermore, from this study, guidelines can be drawn as to how the school community in the elementary division can create a helpful effective environment for the teaching and learning processes.
