Poverty is one of the biggest problems of various countries in the world. It is one of the main reasons why people are trying to come into the cities or more developing lands to find the fortune and success they want to reach in life. But this leads to the uncontrollable number of people invading several lands and resulted to the growth of urbanization. As an urban growth increases, the demands for the different services are lacking and it becomes more insufficient to be accessed by everyone. The availability of life's important necessities becomes had to acquire, especially the education and job or career that will help uplift the life's quality and its condition. The reason why the researcher proposed the TESDA DIFFERENCE-A Proposed TESDA Diverse Institute for the Filipino Future; Reinforcing and nurturing education is to offer the Filipino people and its country an attainable education and provide more job opportunities to develop a productive people. It will also cater some nature conservation to contribute in the environment protection and agricultural sector development of the Philippines.
