N2  - Nowadays vacation resort is one of the places which help to accommodate the guest to stay and relax. It also helps to boost the tourism of a particular place which also help the economics of the place. It is in affordable prices than any other and can give also a sense of privacy. The design of resort should fulfill the needs of the guests which they can take a rest and can feel comfort. It should be in proper layout to avoid the uneasiness feeling for users.

This research paper is a study of how to design a beach resort for tourists. The researcher carried out this study to understand on how to design a vacation resort that will suit for the users. The researcher had also an experiences to stay on other resorts which the researcher saw some lack of facilities. The general objective or goal of the researcher is to design a Beach Resort that will establish a new ambiance for both domestic and foreign tourist by layout complimenting to the natural surroundings and having its Filipino identity. That is why this research paper was made, to give some ideas on how to design a beach resort to stay for the guests during holidays and summer. This research paper would also benefit the Local or the primary users and to the community as well as in the field of Architecture.

A number of articles and research papers, case studies and some review of related literature was used to research this paper. The researcher has also relied on secondary data which is the interview and some surveys to the present resort as well as to those people who have some experienced to stay in resorts. And also, the researcher combined the first two studies to serve as an idea and guide in designing a resort. The research paper was in the form of a descriptive method. It describes the whole study by surveying, analyzing and observing that describes the whole research. It concerned with conditions of relationships that exists particles or trends that are developing. It determines and reports the way things are. It also involves an element of significance of what is describes. Therefore, description is often combined with comparison and contrast
