In the Philippines, early civilization and growth of the economy starts along Coastal area and developed as years past by but because of rapid change in environment, the general purpose of ports in the Philippines can no longer assume that it will meet the future needs of the passengers and cargos. This project study is about on how to integrate a new waterfront development to a baseport in which the existing port of Calapan City will turn to a driver of their economic growth rather than bypass the whole province. The relevance is to come with a new solution on how to accommodate the increasing number of passengers and cargo within the port.
