The study's purpose was to determine the effects of work from home set-p on the organizational commitment and burnout of BPO employees working from home and on-site during the pandemic, to determine the mean score and standard deviation of organizational Commitment and burnout in these work set-ups and to determine whether work from home set up has a significant effect on the two dependent variables, organizational commitment and burnout.
