N2  - The proposed river park can used for festival, concerts and other event's its a good place to relax and for educational trip, because of its unique water development where people will learn what are the importance of a river in our community. This project will able to restore the beauty of national scenic. 

The proposed project is also complemented by a treatment facility for the sanitation of waste water that comes from the it will encourage others to developed their coastal areas where affected by water pollution.
