Every twelve seconds someone in the world is infected by HIV. When HIV is not treated properly, it will lead to AIDS and even worse, to death. Therefore HIV and AIDS are an enormous problem. Most people know that HIV is dangerous, but most of these people do not know what HIV and AIDS exactly are, what they cause and how to prevent an infection. A lot of organizations already give educational programs on HIV and AIDS in the entire world in order to increase the amount of people who have proper knowledge and awareness of HIV/AIDS and consequently to decrease the amount of people being infected. Despite the great work of these organizations, AIDS is still one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in the world. In this study, the author prepared an integrated medical institute exclusively for people living with HIV/AIDS, along with analysis resulting from the implementation of the plan, taking into consideration the various alternatives available implementations, including policies, ordinances, guidelines, restrictions and difficulties in operating the facilities. The author used the scientific method in order to assess the various medical facility plans, using the design standards of related policies and restrictions for a establishing a medical facility. Furthermore, establishing of the facilities should be outsourced to national growth, in order to increase the operational efficiency of a hospital and research institute as soon as possible. These examples of visionary institute designs are geared towards creating innovative and exciting experiences for users. The different volumes in the collection tackles seamless medical facility and unique approaches to the design of a hospital to both urban and rural.
