Traditional weaving defines culture and visions of the country's history. Unfortunately it made a huge shift of declination on weavers and pocket communities with the rise of industrialization. One of which is Inabel, a rooted tradition of the north in Ilocos. This research is based on a review of the literature and takes a case study approach. The purpose of this study is employ architecture and design as a tool that would preserve the tradition of Inabel weaving through education and promotion of the culture, supporting and enhancing their economic ventures. Aiming to make a fine distinction as a local pride and heritage patronization. The proposed facility should acknowledge the production, promotion and display of the craft. It should have a workshop center, training and access to markets and shops for continuous and smart growth. Storage for resources, quality raw materials and markets for the product. Tourism is a key factor on promotion, the exhibit and gallery houses in its premises displays wide collections of Inabel product/ artefact. The project has opted for weaving principles in architectural design- the process itself. in the world is infected by HIV. When HIV is not treated properly, it will lead to AIDS and even worse, to death. Therefore HIV and AIDS are an enormous problem. Most people know that HIV is dangerous, but most of these people do not know what HIV and AIDS exactly are, what they cause and how to prevent an infection. A lot of organizations already give educational programs on HIV and AIDS in the entire world in order to increase the amount of people who have proper knowledge and awareness of HIV/AIDS and consequently to decrease the amount of people being infected. I)espite the great work of these organizations, AIDS is still one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in the world. In this study, the author prepared an integrated medical institute exclusively for people living with HIV/AIDS, along with analysis resulting from the implementation of the plan, taking into consideration the various alternatives available implementations, including policies, ordinances, guidelines, restrictions and difficulties in operating the facilities. The author used the scientific method in order to assess the various medical facility plans, using the design standards of related policies and restrictions for a establishing a medical facility. Furthermore, establishing of the facilities should be outsourced to national growth, in order to increase the operational effciency of a hospital and research institute as soon as possible. These examples of visionary institute designs are geared towards creating innovative and exciting experiences for users. The different volumes in the collection tackles seamless medical facility and unique approaches to the design of a hospital to both urban and rural.
