Summary: The study sought to find out the different queries on the supervisory performance of public school administrators specifically the head teachers, teacher-in charge, and principal of selected districts, Division of San Pablo City. This study will answer the different supervisory practices in the school administration as foreseen by the school managers and the perceived effectiveness of the style to the teachers.
