Summary: Science and Technology are essential national development and progress and shall be given the priority to research and development, inventions, innovations, and their utilization. The challenge in the Science and Technology "revolution" is a major far—reaching one for research. The crucial one for training and development in the "revolution" and the resharping through it for the future of society have been recognized by the more percifient and long shed observers. The conviction that this is true, but insufficiently understood, has led me over the past years to devote my time to scrutinizing a considerable mass of data on the subject, various materials described in the present work have been selected.
