The study endeavors to reconstruct the New Public Market of San Fernando, Pampanga City because of its deteriorating situation. The study will introduce a new face of public markets that will give life and function through architectural solutions. The study will focus on reviving it with the use of innovative concepts to be applied to improve and revitalize the City's economy. The thesis project will adapt various methods from gathered literatures and case studies. In setting the main goal for this study to communicate well with how people move within the boundaries of nature, we need to consider other biotic thing that also lives with us for it is the most potent system that surrounds for a long time. The researcher also intended to create an interactive public, functional, and well-planned market to welcome the natural resources to penetrate within the structure. Finally, nature completes design; hence, creating a habitat for all is the best contribution a designer could ever design.
