The project is an attempt to provide architectural concepts, innovations, and drawings that contributes in solving the existing issues of quality, equity, and access, and innovation to delivery, in the Philippines' Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector/program. Wherein the issue on equity and access are approached through proper project site location, and relevant selection of TVET programs to be offered. While quality and innovation to delivery are addressed in the planning and designing of the learning environment. The learning environment, as considered the most significant aspect of the project, is the design focus that underwent the design process, and developed into the idea of an environment responsive Technical Vocational Institution (TVI). Where the architectural translation features an educational establishment that responds to its natural environment through building forms and configurations, provides an active learning environment that enhances student engagement through proper planning and consideration to human experiences, and a design that reflects both the location and the proper itself. Having a school architecture with the objective of not only providing space for learning, but also enhancing the quality of learning.
