Comatose patients usually experience physical, behaviour, sensory and cognitive disorders. Several studies stated in this study, asserting that implementing of auditory stimulation by the use of familiar or non-familiar voices may be effective in preventing sensory deprivation of the comatose patients. This may increase the physical status, level of consciousness and the cognitive and behavioural response of these patients. | ||
